FAQ

A whistleblower is a person employed by or cooperating with the company (in this case Sunreef Venture S.A.), regardless of their position, role, or form of employment or cooperation through which the company conducts its activities, who makes a report or public disclosure concerning violations of law, procedures, or ethical standards applicable within the company.

The procedure is introduced to standardize the level of protection for whistleblowers and to facilitate the reporting of potential violations.

Yes, the report is anonymous. However, if it becomes necessary to obtain more detailed information from the whistleblower, they may be asked to provide their contact details.

Only reports made in good faith (i.e. relating to events that actually occurred and may constitute a potential violation) are considered under the principles of confidentiality, providing the whistleblower with a guarantee of anonymity and protection against potential retaliatory actions.
